Mid Murray Motorplex working bee this weekend. Big thank you to Ian, Ron, John, Daniel, Julian, Tanya & Brian (sorry if we missed you). The NEW BORE PUMP is in and running!

We can't have workable tracks if we don't have water, so this is an important milestone for us. Thanks to those who travelled across the border for its collection this week.

About this time last year, SDCC asked it's followers, in particular those females that competed, what their opinions were regarding 'Ladies/Female Trophies' and whether they should/shouldn't be given out. This was in response to CAMS's request to review any area that could be deemed not promoting equality.

After 1 year we have have some feedback on the success of the 'Opt out' policy.

In short, a submission from one of the current female competitors at a recent meeting has prompted us to again ask our current female members and competitors their thoughts.

The proposal is, a Ladies Trophy will be offered at SDCC Khanacross rounds, if the highest finishing Lady has NOT opted out, then the trophy will be awarded, if the highest finishing lady HAS opted out, then the trophy will not be awarded. (edit - won't be awarded to the 2nd place female or subsequent female finisher either)
